Puppies were born on March 2 2019 and are ready to go to their forever homes on April 27th or later.Mommy is a 3.5 year old AKC registered silver labrador retriever who weighs about 65 lbs. She is OFA heart eye hip and elbow certified and also has had all her health screens with normal clear results in the following areas Centro nuclear Myopathy Copper Toxicosis Cystinuria Degenerative Myelopathy Exercise-Induced Collapse Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis Progressive Retinal Atrophy Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration. These conditions are genetic and can be passed from parents to puppy but in this case mommy does not have any of these genetic conditions which means her puppies will be free and clear of them as well.Daddy is a 2.5 year old AKC registered champagne yellow labrador retriever who weighs 75 lbs. He is OFA heart eye hip and elbow certified and also has had all his health screens with normal clear results in the following areas Centro nuclear Myopathy Copper Toxicosis Cystinuria Degenerative Myelopathy Exercise-Induced Collapse Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis Progressive Retinal Atrophy Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration. These conditions are genetic and can be passed from parents to puppy but in this case daddy does not have any of these genetic conditions which means his puppies will be free and clear of them as well.All puppies have been socialized since birth and are used to cats and other dogs. Puppies had their dewclaws removed at 3 days of age and will receive bi-weekly dewormings to help reduce the chance of parasites. Puppies will also receive their parvovirus vaccine at 6 weeks as well as be microchipped with a international microchip through BuddyID. They will also receive their first distemper vaccine and second parvovirus vaccine at 8 weeks of age. All puppies will be veterinary checked at 8 weeks of age and come with a veterinary health certificate and 12 month health guarantee. Currently all puppies are 2 weeks old and very fat and feisty. Their eyes are just opening so they do not have distinct personalities at this time.All puppies in the state of Pennsylvania must be 8 weeks of age or older to go to their forever home.
