Meet Raleigh 4 years old Coonhound Treeing Walker

Raleigh was born in November 2009. He is active and energetic and enjoys Outward Hounds hikes runs and car rides. Like most hounds he loves to follow his nose in the woods. He also is an affectionate guy who likes to cuddle and get face rubs. Once he has had some exercise he likes hanging out on a comfy bed. Raleigh is fine with strangers and rides well in a car. He loves bones and keeps a very clean run so we suspect he is house-broken. Raleigh is not suitable for a house with cats he is altered up to date with routing shots. Visual breed identification of dogs has been proven to be unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mixture. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place dogs based on personality not breed label.
