Muay Thai, Muay Boran, Krabi Krabong (Thai sword/staff) Classes

Private or up to three person classes in Muay Thai and or Muay Boran with elements of Western Boxing. Private or group classes teaching the weapons based martial art of Krabi Krabong - Thai double sword staff and knife fighting techniques for self defense. Ten years of experience training with time training and fighting in Thailand. Two years of experience teaching both civilians and military personnel. I have all of the necessary equipment including gloves wraps punch mitts kick pads and shin protection. I also have full body equipment which allows you to use your shins and knees on me and not just a kick pad. I teach in a 11 foot by 20 foot air conditioned space with padded floors. Private sessions are 10 group sessions are 5 and the first session is FREE
