I THINK WITH THE RIGHTSTRICT TRAINER AND REAL DISCIPLINE I COULD GET BACK INTO THIS. I WOULD LIKE TO FIND A GUY THAT IS INTO TAKING COLD SHOWERS NOW BUT IF I HAVE TO TRAIN ALONE O.K. IF I WHINE OR BEG TIE ME SITTING IN A TUB OF COLD WATER AND ADD A BAG OF ICE MAKE ME STAY IN FOR A WHILE WITH NIPPLE CLAMPS ON. THEN BACK TO A COOL THEN COLD SHOWER. IF IT TAKES MORE DISCIPLINE OR PUNISHMENT THEN SO BE IT. I VERY MUCH WANT TO DO THIS I KNOW IT WILL NOT BE EASYBUT I WILL TURN OVER MY CAR KEYS AND NOT EXPECT THEM BACK UNTILL I CAN START TO DO WELL.
