Responsibilities Contract Development Responsible for new contract and SOW development As a part of the Verizon negotiating team provide leadership in drafting and negotiating terms & conditions with IT suppliers. In accordance with Verizon s priorities review supplier requests for changes to contract assess risk of implementing changes and recommend Verizon s response Secure Legal approval (as required) of response and negotiate resolution with supplier Contract Management Review basic contract modifications received from Verizon clients or vendors.
