Supervise associates and team leads in their day-to-day functions. Motivate coach and developing associates to achieve optimal performance and quality results. Complete action plans and deliver disciplinary action if needed. Develop team leads with leadership skills for succession and career planning. Performs all managerial functions to include completing performance reviews and monitoring attendance.
