JOB DESCRIPTION Help Desk Engineer Position Description Reporting to the MIS Infrastructure Manager the MIS Help Desk Engineer supports troubleshoots and resolves internal and external client production service requests. May work independently or as part of a team depending on the issue. Frequent interaction with end users and other MIS technical staff and occasional interaction with vendors. This individual will also perform various special projects for the MIS Infrastructure Manager.
