Bender - Male Pit Bull Terrier Mix

Bender is a sweet boy who needs a dog experienced home that will give him the love and attention he so deserves. He would prefer a home with older respectful children ages 12 and up. He is very nervous around new people and will do his scary sounding bark to make them go away. He loves treats and if you just give him a little time and some yummy treats he will soon be showering you with affection. Bender lived with a cat in his previous home but he did chase after it so you must have a very confident cat or no cat would be even better. Bender does well with other dogs but will have to meet any potential house mates to ensure they get along. Bender will need to be signed up for positive reward based classes to help him become more confident and socialized. This will also help him bond with his new people. Bender is super playful he loves stuffed toys and chasing after the tennis ball. He will need an active family that can provide a much needed energy outlet such as running hiking everyday.
