cat kitten declawed neutered house and litter box included

This beautiful kitty was born last year in June. He is not quite fully grown yet but getting close. He loves to play and chase toys and will even play fetch sometimes He is a little skiddish and shy but when he feels like it he will rub up against you and want to be pet. The only reason we are getting rid of him is because my daughter won t stop picking him up constantly and he sometimes will bite to send a message. It is not hard enough to draw blood but I just think maybe she is too young to have a cat in the house. He has never had a potty accident and always is very neat going in his litter box.
