Pradeep Richa Educare Foundation is a non-profit NGO in India it works for the welfare and the development of the education. PREF is a CSR initiative of REPL which help the underprivileged children for their education. REPL is a well-known consultancy company in the real estate sector. Pre-foundation was founded on November 30 2010.The main motive of our organization is to make a contribution to the development of human resource in our country. The aim of the organization is to act as a guide to students and develop them as an important asset to the nation in future. We take all the steps necessary to protect education environment health children welfare education network subject to prevailing laws in India.Pre-foundation believes in to spread awareness about the latest developments in the education environment health and children welfare and to disseminate knowledge amongst a poor section of the society and the general public regarding such developments. Our foundation also conducts Career counselling in Allahabad for the meritorious and needy students. Teacher workshop in Allahabad is also organized by the Pradeep Richa Educare Foundation. The organization promotes the potential development of the country. Our foundation understands the meaning of human values. According to the article 21A education is compulsory for each and every child. Government organizes free education programs for children between 6 to 14. Pre-foundation is just contributing some part in the education of our country.PREF assembles scholarship programmes for the financially weak but meritorious students of class 11th and 12th in and around Allahabad. For the selected students we organize career counselling workshops communication skills workshops personality development workshops computer course workshop etc. to help them to reach their potential.If we want to grow and survive in this fast-changing world education is very important. PREF organizes a workshop on Personality Development & Life Skills for selected students at Allahabad. Life skills are skills that are necessary or desirable for full participation in everyday life. It is a tool that helps one realizes their capabilities and strengths.
