Nickname Tess D3154 Posted Breed Hound Dachshund Mixed. Hi my name is Tess. I am a Hound Mixture (maybe Dachshund as well) Female who was born 3 29 16 and am currently 28lbs (and still growing). I am originally from Hope Arkansas and I was very lucky as I survived Parvovirus. I could not wait to come up to Minnesota with all those lakes to romp in and birds to chase I am a typical puppy who is working on house breaking and being crate trained. I am doing better in the crate but tend to bark and howl at times. My foster mom says key words when it s time for bed like time to sleep and I tend to whine and bark for a few minutes until I settle down. I can be a bit shy at 1st but when I feel comfortable I m confident playful and stubborn at times. I m your typical hound who enjoys sniffing out my surroundings along with squirrels. Sometimes I think cats are like squirrels and like to chase them so I shouldn t live with cats....
