Nickname Fred Posted Breed Boxer Hound Mixed (short coat). Please contact Lisa (-X(at)icloud.com) about this pet. Fred is two years old and still has a lot of puppy in him. He will lay on the couch or in the bedroom and chew on his bones and toys. He loves to snuggle with his foster mom. He is a kisser and has appointed himself as official canine face and ear cleaner. He is house-trained and is finally learning sit - the spring in his butt made this difficult at 1st He is crate-trained but at 1st he did not like it and would bark when he was in there. He is getting more relaxed with crate training now. Fred has not been destructive in the house though except for once mistaking a library book for 1 of his toys so a crate might not be so necessary. Fred does not seem to like to be face-to-face with some dogs. Although two dogs meeting face-to-face is never a nice idea it does happen so more socialization and practice meeting strange dogs needs to be done with Freddie....
