Millie was rescued 8 years from the mountains of West Virginia. She is a collie mix and is extremely smart. She s grown up with other dogs and small kids her whole life but her favorite thing in the world is to play fetch with a tennis ball. She has loved it since the day we met her and will play it to the point of exhaustion. (She s trained to retrieve the ball drop it and wait for the next throw). She also really enjoys going for walks and playing at the dog park. Millie will let you love on her as long as you want but she is also independent and comfortable by herself. She s been deeply loved since found as a puppy but she needs a new home now after a divorce. She s very easy going and is a real low maintenance dog. She s going to make a great addition to someone s home. Her brother Sarge (in the photo) is also available for adoption if you have room for two new dogs. They ve spent their whole lives together.
