This position is located in our VA Herndon facility The Service Center Support candidate will be part of the Collaborative Environment team. The candidate will serve as a Collaborative Environment Service Center Tier 1 Help Desk resource. The individual will work with end users Collaborative Environment Tier 2 and Tier 3 support other support desks across the customer environment and Collaborative Environment engineers. The Collaborative Environment team works at a very fast pace in order to meet aggressive schedules.
