Bellina is a beautiful young pittie mix. We think she s around 1 1 2-2 years of age. When she was found she was starving and covered in ticks she was scared but so happy she finally had someone she could trust. Bellina enjoys the company of other dogs but is a little anxious around more than one. We think it would be best if she were an only dog or just had one other doggie sibling. Bellina is a very smart girl and really enjoys all of the attention you will give her. She lives to show you affection and really wants to please you. Bellina is still working on her manners but already knows sit and down . She still has trouble with jumping up when excited or scared. For this reason we think it would be best for her to go to a home without small children. Bellina would do fine with an assertive child who is 10 years old Despite not being taught manners previous to her foster home she seems to have mastered house-training rather quickly. She is also crate trained and is more than happy to go into the crate when there are treats involved Bellina loves to play fetch outside It s her favorite game and she s very good at it. Bellina has not yet been exposed to cats and would probably be curious but mostly apathetic towards them. Bellina is miraculously heart worm negative but due the number of ticks she had she has Ehrlichiosis. She finished her medication for it and is symptom free Bellina needs a family who is willing to work through her anxiety and help her with her manners. She is so full of joy and wants to live life to the fullest with a family who loves her. Bellina is done with all of her shots is spayed and has her microchip.
