Meet Chase Hello My name is Chase. I am a golden retriever lab mix. I am a rescue dog. I am great with children. I do suffer from seperation anxiety and loved to be loved on and played with. I am about 9 to 11 months old. We are looking for another home for Chase. We ahve had him now for a few months. We took him in due to being a rescue. He was iffy with males at first and disliked his collar or leash. We have now got him alright with it. The reason we are looking to relocate chase is because after consulting with a vet that is agree the best thing to do for chase. Chase dislikes my little brother who lives in the home and has since day 1. We are unsure why as my brother is an animal lover. We believe he looks like the previous abuser. When my brother is near chase feels the need to protect us females and kids. His hair stands up on his back and he barks and growls. He is a wonderful dog and not in the least bit aggressive and is great with kids other dogs and cats... But due to his past it is best if any male in home is brought around to make sure chase is alright with them. My brother is the ONLY male we have had an issue with. The vet says it is best to rehome him so it does not put chase under stress that may cause a heart attack. We love chase and want him to go to a forever home. We hate to see him have to leave but we dont want to cause him issues either.
