Cutie is looking for his FOREVER home. Has Lived with Dogs Special Adoption Considerations Cutie must go to a home with an already existing dog. He can not go to a home with small children or cats. Hi there My name is Cutie and let me tell you- I ve already had quite the life. I don t quite know how this happened but somehow I ended up in a scary place called a shelter in Puerto Rico. There were a lot of other dogs in cages and it was loud and cold on that cement floor. Then the amazing folks at Lucky Dog came to see me and flew me to the DC area-- they tell me that someone here will want to take me home....
