Nickname Missy Posted Breed Corgi Dachshund Mixed (short coat). 5 25 16 Missy is a sweet but timid dog who will need a patient owner preferably in a quiet home with a fenced back yard and another dog for company. Once she bonds she is a good lap dog with her people and a playmate with other dogs. She is good with cats housetrained spayed & vaccinated. Because she needs extra time and TLC to settle in she has a reduced adoption payment and for a senior on a limited income we will accept partial payments over time. 12 17 15 Update from the foster family Missy has been at our house a couple of months now and has gotten comfortable with us. She is a very people friendly dog once she gets to know you. She will initially run from strangers but some she will let pet her pretty quickly. She prefers to hide in her crate if people come to the house but the rest of the time she is out of the crate and hanging out with us on the couch. She is also very dog and cat friendly....
