I have worked with students at all levels and in all stages of life. I believe each student has a specific way of learning and communicating and strive to discover what the best way of teaching each person is and therefore create a personally geared lesson plan. I do not pass a topic until it is understood and work hard to make sure no student is left behind. The structure of learning any new material is similar to that of building blocks so you can t ignore past material and expect to understand present.
