Apartment Maintenance Technician Needs - Compensation: based on

Experienced maintenance technician needed for Gastonia apartment community. Responsibilities include Completes all maintenance work orders with proper certification including electrical plumbing and air conditioning (HVAC). Completes necessary maintenance on each apartment for move-ins. Maintains common areas for safety and appearance including keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris. Ensures resident satisfaction when working in an apartment. Maintains resident contact regarding maintenance problems in apartments. Performs apartment turnovers to company standards. Property and unit inspections Completes all other projects or requests as directed by property manager. Please include all certifications (HVAC CPO) with attached resume. call 704-865-5222
