Gracie is a one y o spayed female Pointer Hound mixture. She is medium size and weighs 38 lbs. Gracie was rescued from a southern shelter. She adores people and adores kids. She is particularly drawn to men. She s been learning about living in a home and is working on leash manners. She is housetrained but as with many dogs may need some review when settling into her forever home.Gracie has very nice manners. She is not food or treat aggressive nor is she a resource guarder (you can take a treat or toy from her without complaint). She is very intelligent and learns quickly. She loves cuddle time on the couch during the evening. She currently sleeps quietly in her crate but would be delighted to share a bed if invited. She is a very clean handsome dog. Gracie doesn t care for other dogs. Many shelter dogs develop a behavior called dog reactivity . This is a behavior that asserts that the best defense in a good offense....
