Poodle (Miniature) DOG FOR ADOPTION RGADN-357584 - Kapers - Pood

Nickname Kapers Posted Breed Poodle (Mini) (medium coat). READ 1st PLEASE. Kapers is 1 of the poodles saved from the recent puppy mill bust in Cabarrus County. She is believed to be around 5yrs of age but that is just an educated guess. Kapers is really sweet very very very lovable actually in spite of having lived her entire life in a cage. Everything is new to her. Human affection toys space grass...as I said everything. The best news is that she craves affection. She is the 1st one to jump around your feet when she sees you or to come stand beside you if you are sitting down. She can be shy about it but she loves to be pet. You can definitely tell she has not been held much in her lifetime as she will strike a pose when picked up. She doesn t fight being held by any means but hasn t been able to bring herself to quite relax yet. She has made progress for sure and will sit in my lap with a little prompting but full trust will take awhile....
