Scruffy is a adorable big Maincoon mixture kitty with long brown tabby hair. He showed up at a house in El Mirage around May 2016 as a stray. Poor guy was covered in wounds and his hair was so matted the finder had to completely shave him down. He has already started to grow his exquisite longhair back nicely and is feeling so much better. Scruffy is a super big love bug and really more of a dog personality than a cat. He loves to follow you around and rub in between your legs. He is always searching out attention. He also does not mind the dogs a bit. Unfortunately Scruffy tested positive for a feline disease called Fiv. It could spread to other cats so Scruffy needs to go with another Fiv positive kitty or be the only spoiled cat in the house. Don t let this disease scare you too much. We think Scruffy is about 9yrs old and he has been living with this for some time....
