HISTORY Poor JAZZ developed a chronic skin condition due to severely matted fur and her owner could not provide needed vet care for her so JAZZ was surrendered to Felines & Friends. Once she was shaved and put on a hypoallergenic diet her skin quickly healed and her fur started growing back.
