We need a loving home

Hello My friend passed away recently and her two senior cats are in need of a loving home. They are healthy 18 and 19 year olds and have always been together. They are still at their home but the roommate is moving to a non pet friendly apartment for financial reasons and can t take them with her. She is willing to pay 50.00 per month for their care and will also pay for any health issues if they should arise. I would appreciate any help or advise you can provide. We have contacted many shelters but they advised they would put them to sleep because of their age even though they are healthy. Thank you Catherine Donohue
