Spike is a strikingly marked black & white baby pigeon (roller homer cross ) that was found hiding behind a bush by a Good Samaritan and surrendered to MickaCoo. Spike came in unable to use her right foot and the vet was concerned that she might have permanent tendon damage but with time and cage rest and the remarkable healing powers of pigeons she has fully recovered.
