Role Network Engineer Mandatory Technical Functional Skills 5 Years of experience in Network Support environment Technical analytical and interpersonal skills required CCNA and or CCNP certification Desired ITIL certification Ability to communicate in an understandable professional and friendly manner both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in an Operational Environment. Roles and responsibility Troubleshoot WAN and routing environments Configure and troubleshoot L2 switching environments Working with various Network Monitoring tools like Netscout Solarwinds and HP Network Node Manager Drive operational projects in a well organized and time bound manner accordance with established objectives.
