Office Manager, Hospital Administration - Compensation: $50000 p

We seek a personable highly motivated person with a willingness to help in a variety of capacities. The position is the first point of contact for existing and prospective Clients and this requires a helpful honest and caring person. The successful candidate will be able to take full responsibility for running our small office. Responsibilities include Setting up and maintaining client information. Reconcile Client accounts. Prepare and distribute reports to clients. Taking direct calls from Custodians and Clients Receptionist duties as needed to assist with admission department operations. Qualifications Highest degree of integrity and ethical standards Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work on their own as well or within the team. Solid computer skills. Detail oriented organized and able to multitask. Must be a people person. No experience necessary. Training will be provided. Salary at 50 000 plus Health benefits.
