13 Month Old Handsome Catahoula Male

We have an amazing 13 month old Catahoula Male named Hank who will make a wonderful property protector and farm ranch dog. He would flourish as a working dog. He is a good inside dog as well and is potty trained and doesn t tear anything up. He does need LOTS of exercise though which is why he would be best suited for life on a ranch. Hank is a very loyal and loving dog but can be a little weary around strangers - so anyone new should be introduced properly (can discuss what we do its easy but should be done.) He does get along famously with other dogs but as always with a dog that takes on the protector role - the right introduction is always advised. He is not an aggressive dog Hank is definitely a lover - he just takes pride in protecting his owners and home.He knows basic commands such as sit wait leave it heal shake high five and out of the kitchen. He walks on a leash very well and runs next to a bike although he still needs a little guidance when it comes to not wanting to chase bunnies or squirrels. He will make such an amazing dog if given the right opportunity. The only reason we are offering him for adoption is because we do not have the proper home to keep him happy. We want what is best for him and are sad to see him go but we know there is someone out there who can make him happier then we currently can.Please call to discuss further and to help us give Hank the life he deserves.
