I was found with my two siblings on a construction site. The wonderful secretary knew a St. Francis volunteer and asked for help. We were just a couple weeks old and only eating from a bottle but we have learned fast My brother and sister and I all have very good sets of lungs and let our foster mom know when we were hungry by loudly complaining about our empty bellies. It reminded her of Dizzy Gillespie s Trumpet so she decided to call us The Swingers and name us after big band stars. I was named for Louis Armstrong my brother was named Dizzy after Dizzy Gillespie and my sister was named Ella after the great Ella Fitzgerald. As we ve gotten a little bigger we ve learned that food is very yummy people are for loving toys are for playing with all night long and big dogs are great for protection but they don t always realize where they put their feet.
