What can we say about this sweet soul ... Thelma an absolute adorable female Beagle mix (previously known as Penny on the streets) roamed the east side of Gettysburg for months. Her village of angels kept her well fed even in the coldest weather. She was finally trapped by the PA Dog Warden and brought to us. She is very timid but with a little bit of time she turns into such a fun sweet girl. She is going to need someone that understands her trust issues with people & the chance that she may bolt. Please share this sweet soul - she is safe warm dry and well fed but she isn t where she should be. She deserves a home.... More Info
