On 6-26-14 we had Fertile Myrtle her husband Roy and their 27 children (yes twenty-seven) dropped off at our rescue. Some of the babies were only two weeks old and had to be handfed. They are all green some light green some darker green but we hope they are a pleasing shade of green and some really nice people will want to give them good homes WITHOUT NEST BOXES SO THEY WON T HAVE ANY MORE BABIES Here is Roy ready to call it quits on building a family.Our birds are not available for breeding and we do not ship birds so you must travel to our south Kansas City area facility. Potential adopters must call -----X for an appointment and must fill out an adoption application and pass a screening interview to ensure that our birds are going to a safe home.
