When someone has a life-limiting illness everyone needs support Volunteers are an important aspect of Hospice Care Volunteers are valued members of the Tridia Hospice team. You can make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families while adding meaning to your own life. Visit patients in skilled nursing facilities assisted living facilities and inpatient hospice homes. Volunteers donate two hours a week visiting residents. Volunteers can do a variety of activities with patients such as reading listening hand holding praying pet therapy painting their fingernails doing crafts singing brushing their hair and more
