I m Red and I m a wrinkly lovable eager 2-year-old Sharpei mix who came to the shelter from the dog warden. I ve been at HSDC since the beginning of December. I waddle when I walk and am so behaved on a leash Walking is one of my favorite pastimes.It takes me a while to warm up to you if you visit me at the shelter-if you re outside my kennel. Come inside with treats or take me for a walk and I ll show you how good I am at giving you my paw when you ask me to (or if you say sit I m still working on understanding both. But it just shows how excited I am to make you happy and get that delicious treat in your hand.)
