Nanny Cay is a 16.1 Pennsylvania bred TB who retired from the track in 2014 and has been in training with me since August. She is NOT a beginner horse. She will tolerate a solid intermediate or advanced level rider only and will absolutely take advantage of she thinks she can get away with something. She retired off the track with micro fractures in her shins and had almost a year off to heal them. I have xRays of healed legs and am happy to share she was cleared by an excellent veterinarian in PA for any discipline and level. She is not a hunter. She is a jumper trough and through. Currently showing 2629 sails over three with a rider and takes a four free jump like its no big deal. Very uphill. Light in the bit and on her feet. Her personality however is like a cat. She prefers love and affection to be on her terms and can sometimes be very pushy on the ground. She has unlimited energy but she expects you to convince her that you are a worthy enough rider for said energy....
