Rowan - Male Domestic Shorthair

Rowan is an adult male cat probably born in 2012. He s confined to sick-bay right now with a bad cold but even though he s under the weather he s still clowning around for the volunteers. He eats like a horse but he ll leave food in his bowl until we arrive to do chores then quickly eat his left overs and gaze at us mournfully until we refill his dish. Then he ll gobble that down and lie in wait for the next volunteer to come in. When he spots a new mark he rolls on his back and reaches through the door of his apartment trying to get attention....because of course when the second volunteer sees he s got an empty dish...he ll get more food. He s a tricky beggar but since his coat is a little rough and he s not feeling well we ll indulge him and give him extra rations... Given this behavior he ll probably be a cat who will need measured feeding in his forever home or he ll eat himself into obesity...or he ll need to start running marathons to burn off the calories he wants to consume. He s cute as heck and he totally knows it so if you are up for a charming good-natured slightly-devious-but-completely-unrepentant cat...you ve got to meet Rowan. He s one in a million ... More Info
