Performs root cause analysis for critical incidents and bug fixes. Attends red team meetings for any critical incidents. Required Experience Should have exposure on Incident Problem Management Process and Tools. Should have at least 2 years of experience on Oracle Middleware products (OID OAM etc). Should have experience on Implementation and Integration in Middleware products. Should have good communication and Technical skills.
