You will maintain the vision and reputation by anticipating in our seniors needs by understanding their preferences personalities and provide quality care of the daily living needs. Responsibilities As a caregiver you will be responsible for creating the quality of life and experiences for 5 senior residents. Provide partial and full assistance to residents with tasks involving bathing grooming and personal hygiene Perform housekeeping cleaning cooking laundry and strong multi-tasking skills Attend social outings with residents while ensuring their safety Lead and attend group activities for social enjoyment Monitor and take action of changes in resident s condition within varying levels of care and services Interact with resident s medical and non-medical resources and the ability to anticipate the resident s needs Required Qualifications Flexible work schedule weekends and holidays when scheduled The ability to handle acute changes in medical condition Strong domestic skills cooking and cleaning High School diploma GED Strong interpersonal Communication (verbal and written) skills Strong multi-tasking and domesticated skills Certified Caregiver 21 yrs of age at least 3 months of experience CPR and First Aide Fingerprint clearance and Freedom of TB
