Everest arrived not long ago with kitty friends Marshall and Sky. They think they are littermates and play together very well -) ..although Everest is shy she has made great progress since she arrived into our care just a week ago. At first she would run and hide from her foster mom but now she stays put and let s foster mom pet her after a short bit of petting she becomes super relaxed and more open. But because Everest needs to be approached slowly we do recommend a home with no children under 10 yrs old. She has awesome potential but her forever family needs to understand that it will take her a while to warm up to them. Everest actually did quite well in a brief introduction to the foster home s dogs and cats so perhaps another pet could help pave the way for this sweetie to feel at home in her new environment. Everest was born approximately October 5 2015 and her adoption fee is 110 or adopt 2 and the 2nd is half off. She is spayed up to date on shots and worming tested negative for feline leukemia and is entitled to a free well check from Mariposa Veterinary Wellness Center. Come see Everest along with buddies Marshall and Sky in their first appearance at our adoption center this Saturday March 19th You can visit our adoptable cats and kittens Saturday s from 12pm-5pm or Sunday s from 12pm-4pm at our adoption center which is located at 12800 Santa Fe Trail Drive in Lenexa Kansas 66215. All our kitties are socialized and live in licensed foster homes during the week and most come to the adoption center on the weekends. However not every kitty attends every weekend.
