Bernie - Male Shih Tzu Mix

Bernie is a 1 1 2 year old old 6 pound male neutered Shih Tzu terrier mix. He came to me with a severely broken rear leg and sadly his owner could not afford surgery. I stepped in and agreed to rescue him and now that he is all recovered he is looking for a home. His fracture was very bad and therefore the leg needed to be amputated however he gets along amazingly and hasn t slowed down at all. He is an active feisty boy that loves to run jump and play and can get up and down on the furniture all by himself. He also is an excellent snuggler and loves nothing more than to curl up with you when you re reading or watching TV. He has also been neutered and dewormed and has been on heartworm prevention and has been microchipped. His adoption fee is 300 to go towards his vetting.
