Marketplace Missions Inc. is a faith-based non-profit organization established in 1995 located in the heart of Downtown Marietta Square. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Advertising Team and contribute to the growth and continued success of our organization.Our new Advertising Specialist is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close. Works closely with the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.Key Responsibilities Responsible for establishing new business developing current business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through cold and warm lead generation. Drive sales revenue and market share to achieve quota. Provide prospect customer with price quotations and ensure there is full understanding of the parameters (rate sheets). Work with existing clients to provide sales support by understanding and identifying their strategic vision objectives and needs while aligning our products and services where business opportunities exist. Develops database of qualified leads through referrals telephone canvassing direct mail email and networking. Help maintain and update ads for clients Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves client complaints and problems in a timely manner. Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls presentations closed sales and follow-up activities. Researches trends and developments of primary industry(s) through the use of related publications internet and training sessions to maintain and grow current knowledge base Performs other related duties as assigned.
