In Phoebe s world it s always snuggle and belly rub time Phoebe is a 35 lb fluffy mixture of small border collie estimated to be about three years old. Her coat appears black but in the sunlight you can see auburn highlights (she s quite stylish that way). Phoebe has a nice medium energy level so she s ready for walks but also very ready for snuggles. She will sit for affection and put her paw up on your lap when she wants to be petted. Phoebe does will with other dogs and has done well when she has met cats.
