Annie is a year old rabbit who needs a new home. She has specific needs so please read the whole description. I will not give her away for free so do not ask. Price is not negotiable. She needs a home well suited for her and I will require photos of potential homes. I will explain what is great about her but also what needs to be taken into consideration before deciding that she would be a good fit.She comes with some hay litter 2 litter boxes pellets a brush a nail trimmer and some large chews. She will need an enclosure. She is unspayed.Annie LOVES being pet especially on the head and with her ears swooped back. She is not shy to people at all and loves human attention. She splays her legs out behind her when she lays down and is cool chilling on a cold surface in the summertime with you laying with her She grew up being bffs with a friendly cat (she scares the cat more than the cat scares her ) and is used to loud noises. She is unafriad of barking bird screeching and thunderstorms.Toys are a must as she will throw the toys around to play with and chew them. She also loves sprinting around through cat tunnels and open spaces. Salads are also a must and she will do almost anything for some lettuce Although she doesn t like being picked up she will not bite and if you swaddle her in a blanket she is willing to be cuddled when not energetic. She does not like her nails being trimmed but once again won t bite. She just squirms and makes noises. She is litterbox trained and does not go anywhere but in the box as long as she always has access to it. Alright here s the conditions concerns that need to be considered -She is LARGE and an indoor only rabbit. She will need a very large space and a traditional hutch IS NOT BIG ENOUGH. -She is very kind but would not appreciate a home with very young children.-She is somewhat overweight as she mostly sprints and then naps She needs hay and greens and only very small amounts of pellets.-She is NOT SPAYED and although she s nice to other animals I can not promise that she would get along with living with other rabbits. She was abandoned at a young age and did not grow up with any other rabbits.-She is a shedder She has long fur (not super long) but she sheds A LOT. Not for someone who is allergic. Needs to be brushed regularly. She is not afraid of being brushed but she doesn t really like it either. She would need to have food or be partially swaddled for brushing.-She does not do well with hot tempuratures. She lays on thick plastic and cooling stone slabs in the summer and cold water is best She will need to stay in a cool room house.If she sounds like the right companion for you then we can arrange for you to spend some time with her in my home and see if you click You will need to prepare her living space ahead of the potential adoption and I WILL NEED PHOTOS. As I mentioned before she is a large size rabbit and her enclosure needs to have enough space for her. She will also need exercise times outside of the enclosure in a large room or free-roamed while supervised. If you want a rabbit who is friendly and is more interactive then a typical smaller animal then she is perfect for you
