Client Resolution Specialist JOB SUMMARY This position is primarily responsible for investigating and resolving customer client issues and concerns. Notifying the proper departments of findings adjustments and recommendations such as exchange of merchandise refund of money technician back bills and procedures to prevent future complaints of a similar nature.
