Rowan orange & white long hair male born approx. 6 15 10 11779Martin orange tabby & white short hair male born approx. 6 15 10 11780Rowan and Martin grew up in comfort and love in the home of a Rescue House volunteer who unfortunately developed and died of cancer needing to move into a small apartment following her death and unable to take all five of their cats with him her husband reluctantly decided that he had to keep the older cats who needed more care and bid a sorrowful farewell to the dearly loved but younger Rowan and Martin placing them in the hands of the organization his wife trusted and had worked with for years.Yin-yang in orange and white Rowan and Martin are complementary opposites physically and mentally Rowan has the face of an angel and the cheekiness of an imp He is mad for teaser sticks (action excitement ) and will chase them until he s exhausted. Rowan likes to be romanced not grabbed and then will melt into your arms like a baby if you hold him just the right way. Rowan clearly relishes life. Martin is generally calm cool and collected. He moves more sedately despite his muscular bulk unless you reach your hand down and wiggle your fingers when Martin comes running for his belly rubs. He likes a slow hand and soft affection. He is an absolute sweetheart of a cat. Rowan and Martin enjoy wrestling together and snuggling together in a cat bed on cold winter nights. They have never been apart and it is the dearest wish of their tragedy-struck family that they not be parted. Rowan and Martin MUST be adopted together.Rowan and Martin are quite comfortable with other cats and we believe they could also thrive in a home with children. We don t yet know their thoughts on dogs. They do well in most situations.Rowan and Martin have known love for so long and have clearly flourished under that protective umbrella.
