Phil and Milly were born in a very rural area where they had no human caretaker. They were surviving off of whatever scraps they could find while wandering through the small town near them and had little to no human contact. The staff and volunteers at EVHS are dedicated to turning the lives of these pups around. We ve worked hard to provide everything and anything that will keep them comfortable and we re gaining their trust everyday. These little guys are special and will need a home that is educated and dedicated to spending a lot of time socializing and interacting with them. He s very loyal to his caretakers and has been a wonderful foster puppy. They ve worked towards house-training him socializing him and he s become a bouncing playful puppy that can t wait to find a great home.
