Moonlight is a estimated 20yrs old and about 700 lbs and 175 to adopt. Moonlight has a estimated 10% vision in 1 eye but functions very well once adjusted to his place he is currently on about 1 acre with slick wire and hot wire fencing.Moonlight came to us on a cold January day where we learned he had been roaming a area for nearly two weeks. He was listed as found to the county and no 1 came forward I guess they where not looking just assumed he dropped dead in a pasture somewhere and didn t care. If roaming around and not knowing where you are isn t bad enough this poor guy had pretty much no vision so things where tough on him not being able to find water and such.That is how he came into our rescue as he was roaming near by we where asked to assist by another horse rescue. That rescue was suppose to take him in later but things changed around and 1 yr latter they still have no space for him....
