However preference will be given to adopters who request electronic applications and submit them PRIOR to the adoption event. Meet Roscoe Roscoe was found as a stray all the way in Louisiana. A kind woman took him in and cared for him while she looked for his owner. Unable to locate an owner after several months she requested help from a rescue to rehome him properly so he ended up with a forever family.Roscoe appears to have some Schnauzer in him as well as some other kind(s) of terrier. The vet estimated him to be 1-2 years old. Roscoe weighs about 17 pounds and is full grown but could put on a few more pounds. He is now neutered microchipped vaccinated up to date on everything and will be kept on monthly HW prevention. Roscoe is past the destructive puppy phase totally housebroken and has been an indoor dog so he LOVES his people. Roscoe is described as the most snuggly dog his foster mom has ever fostered. Roscoe is ok with other dogs especially females but prefers males that are his size or smaller. He is a tiny little guy that was not neutered prior to us getting him and so he thinks he is a lot bigger than he really is and this can get him into trouble with other males who are bigger than him.Roscoe is now housebroken sits for treats but needs work on the leash.
