Coco (CA) - Female Rat Terrier

Coco is one sweet lady just waiting to find her furever home Just 3 years old and 11 lbs. she has been a wonderful addition to her foster family from day one. She immediately warmed up to the two other female dogs but took a little longer with the younger male who wasn t ready to share laps. Coco loves having her humans around most of the day snuggling stretching out in their laps or taking over part of the couch in the evening. When not sitting with the human part of the family she is sunning herself on the deck with the other Ratties exploring the yard chewing on her toys (never on anything she shouldn t) and just enjoying life. Coco quickly learned how to walk on a leash and now looks forward to her daily 1- to 2-mile walks with her buddies. She is also house trained and learned to use the doggie door with minimal effort. She sleeps comfortably in a crate at night and then in the morning she looks forward to burrowing under the covers with her mom dad and three canine foster siblings for a few hours. While Coco is not a high-energy Rat Terrier she does like to keep busy by playing with the other dogs or simply entertaining herself so she would enjoy being with at least one other small dog and of course lots of human companionship.
