Sunshadows was a surprise delivery at my gate one evening. I arrived home and found box with a bag of cat food and a cat bed on top of it. Thinking someone had donated some supplies to the rescue I drove in locked the gate behind me and carried the bag into the house. As I was putting away the food I found a note in the bag. Dear Cat Lady Sorry to do this to you but I am under orders. Suddenly I realized the box did NOT contain more supplies but the cat he supplies were donated for. She had never made a sound When I brought the box into the house and opened it inside was this beautiful quiet tortie mom and two little tabby kittens about 4 weeks old. When the babies were weaned mama and babies were spayed and the kittens were adopted out to forever homes but their beautiful mama is still with me. She is super sweet and has gooseberry green eyes. If you scratch her back she will lick your arm. She is good with the other cats but I don t know about dogs. While she is not around kids here her disposition is quiet and gentle so I m sure she would be okay with a gentle cat-loving child. She is always welcome here but she really deserves to have her OWN home. She is looking for someone who really appreciates a beautiful tortie with a sweet disposition.
